General Information

Hotel Hacienda Bugambilias (formerly Hotel Gardenias) is one of the most traditional hotels in La Paz. It is located only minutes away from downtown and only three blocks from the jetty, in a local quiet street.

Hacienda Bugambilias was built in 1950 to be a hospital and it became Hotel Gardenias in 1972. In 2010, the building was completely redesigned, incorporating the resemblance of a Mexican Hacienda from the 18th century. Despite all the advances of technology to make your stay comfortable, you will go back in time as soon as you cross into our entry gate.

Offering a family and business atmosphere, the hotel features a business center, a restaurant with four different menus (Mexican, French, Italian and Argentinean specialties), bar, swimming pool and a souvenir boutique. In order to make your visit even more comfortable, Bugambilias offers you a spacious parking lot, car and motorcycle rental, laundry service; wake up service and room service, telephone, fax and wireless internet service in public areas.
