Hotel La Concha Beach Resort it's a beach hotel located in La Paz city with a mellow atmosphere of the Sea of Cortes, located only 10 minutes away from the city downtown. Our 110 guestrooms offer ocean views, air-conditioning, cable TV, and mini bars.
Our distinguished guests can enjoy from the beautiful park-like atmosphere complemented by the sunsets that identify our bay while enjoying from authentic local and international cuisine or a refreshing drink from the bar at Las Palmas restaurant. The business men can count with meeting or convention rooms that hold up to 250 people with all the necessary equipment to make your events succesful. La Concha Beach Resort & Condominiums is recognized in our city by being a true beach hotel and also by the fact of maintaining its presence through out the hotel development industry in La Paz starting as a hotel school in 1975. The beach at La Concha is ranked as one of the best beaches were local families are able to enjoy from on weekends.

With three sections: hotel tower, the vacation club (timeshares), or condominiums, Hotel La Concha offers diversity room choices for our client to achieve their expectations and get exactly what he searches for.

La Concha Beach Resort is located on a secluded beach along La Paz Bay just ten minutes from the picturesque waterfront city of La Paz, capital Baja California Sur and short driving distance from many white sandy swimming coves and beaches including Tecolote and Balandra with its’ famous mushroom rock. La Paz International Airport has daily air carrier service by Aero California and Aero Mexico from Los Angeles, Phoenix and Tijuana. For flights connecting through other carriers to Los Cabos, round trip transfers to La Paz are available ( minimum 2 persons) in an air conditioned suburban with an experienced bilingual chauffer.

Standard Room
Description: With a max capacity of 4 people, our rooms count with the necessary equipment to make your staying confortable: King size beds, double beds, single beds, air conditioning, coffee machin with cortesy kit of service for the first night, cable TV with 7 different channels in english and spanish, telephone, minibar available for your items and a balcony. Moreover, all of our guest rooms are in front of the ocean, with swimming pool and beach view.
Junior Suites
Description: With dining area for 4 people and two single beds inside the unit, our Junior Suite rooms have a capacity for 5 people and count with the amenities included in our standard rooms.
Hotel Suite
Description: The only room on its category, equiped with half kitchenette with dishes and dining area for 4 people and a lounge for 4 people, our Hotel Suite has a room with a king size bed and the amenities included in our standard rooms.

Description: this type of rooms are found in our Share Time Club, equiped with: one, two or up to three rooms, counts with living room, dining area for 4 people and a couch-bed for two people, full kitchenette equiped with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishes for 6 people, silverware; ocean view and green areas at the hotel; minibar inside the room; two TV´s with 7 channels in english and spanish; two telephones; air conditioning, two full bathrooms; and two balconies with ocean view a table and two chairs.

Restrictions only at the Condominium Area:
Children under 12 years old are not allowed.
The parking lot is for the exclusice use of the condominiums owners.
No pets allowed.
The jacuzzi is for the exclusive use of condominium guests.
Room service will be available only with disposable dishes and silverware.

Two floors, first floor: master bedroom with one king size bed, TV, phone, terrace with one double-bunk, with a beautiful ocean view at the sixth floor, major kitchen appliances, coffee maker with the kit service as courtesy, dinning room for six people, living room with telephone and terrace, terrace with garden/patio furniture for 4 people, with ocean view and beach view, two full bathrooms, one of them has a door with balcony and a very nice view, second floor: one bedroom with one king size bed, tv, full bathroom with walking closet, one studio with a futon (a japanese-style mattress placed on a folding frame that can be converted from couch to bed), with tv and a balcony with ocean and beach views, skylight above the stairs, cable television system, air conditioner, pool and jacuzzi for condominiums use exclusively, beach.

Reservation Must Be Guaranteed

Guarantee Policy
To guarantee a reservation a one night deposit by a credit card is required.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel seven days prior day of arrival to avoid charges.

Credit Cards Accepted:
American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

Restrictions:
No pets; no children under 14 in condominiums.

Maximum Admition of People per Room:
Two adults and two minors under 12 years old are admited in a room without any extra charges. In case minors are 13 years old or there is another adult more in the room an extra charge will be made.

Late Check Out:
It must have to be requested at reception on the check out day.

No Show:
In the case of No Show, the first night its charged to the credit card number provided in order to guarantee reservation otherwise previous deposit is taken.
