Order of freshly baked bread dipped in our special egg batter and lightly fried. Served with butter and maple syrup and fruit.

PANCAKES Regular or Banana

Fresh-off-the-griddle hotcakes, served with butter, and honey, maple syrup or jam and fruit.

FRESH FRUIT

The best selection of fruit we can find, served with granola and yogurt or cottage cheese.

ENFRIJOLADAS

Corn tortillas covered lightly with creamy beans, cheese and cream with egg or chicken.

 

MEXICAN FLAG CHILAQUILES

A spin on a traditional Mexican breakfast... fried tortilla strips covered in a delicious red and green salsa, melted cheese and fresh cream, and served with beans (aka breakfast nachos !!!) with eggs, chicken or beefsteak.

EMPANADAS

Every culture has a beloved type of turnover. Our Paceño version is a trio of homemade golden-fried pastry pockets filled with fresh fish. Dip them in our crema chipotle with shrimp.

HUEVOS PACEÑOS (Eggs local style)

Two sunny-side up eggs on a lightly fried tortilla, beans, cream and melted cheese, piled over our rajas, mmm… paceñísimo!!

TWO EGGS Scrambled or Fried

with bacon, ham, chorizo or Mexican style.

Two fried eggs over a fried tortilla, covered with ranchera sauce, served with beans.

FISHERMEN’S BREAKFAST SUPER BURRITO

Two scrambled eggs, beans, french fries, cheese, bacon or ham, wrapped in a large, fresh, hot tortilla.

OMELETTES

Made with whole egg or egg white, and with panela, cottage or menonita cheese. Served with our homemade frijoles: with spinach, veggies, bacon or shrimp.

DIVORCED EGGS

Two sunny-side up eggs over a fried tortilla, covered in a delicious green and red sauce, separated by a portion of our famous chilaquiles in the middle.

QUESADILLAS

Order of three quesadillas in a flour or corn tortilla filled with menonita or panela cheese. Served with our trio of salsas and beans.

TACOS

Three tacos on fresh hot corn or flour tortillas, served with limes, cabbage, spicy crema chipotle, salsas and frijoles caseros. Guaco (veggie), Beef , Fish (grilled or battered, Chicken Teriyaki, Octopus or Shrimp (grilled or battered)

MACHACA and EGGS

Scrambled eggs mixed with beef machaca, chile, tomato and onion, served with our homemade beans and fresh tortillas.

BEEFSTEAK RANCHERO

Beefsteak sauteed in our ranchero sauce with onions and served with our homemade beans.
Order of bacon.
